LEGAL CONDITIONS OF THE "ENTIRE STORE FOR €29" PROMOTION

1. PROMOTING ENTITY

The entity WWW.SANTMEZ.COM , hereinafter "the Organizer", is responsible for this promotion (hereinafter, "the Promotion") at a national level, carried out through its online platform.

2. VALIDITY OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion begins on January 30, 2025 and will continue until further notice. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time, giving prior notice to participants.

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND TERMS

Promotional Products : All discounted products are part of this Promotion, regardless of whether their price is €29 or not.
Order Processing : Orders will be processed the same day or within 24 business hours of receipt.
Shipping and Delivery :
- If the product is available in our warehouse, shipping will be handled within 24 business hours.
- If the product is not available in our warehouse, shipping will be made from our supplier, with an estimated delivery time of 8 to 20 business days.
Packaging & Warranty : Orders are not guaranteed to include official brand packaging or warranty card.
Return Policy : Sales made under this Promotion are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of receipt of incorrect or defective products. In such situations, the customer will receive the correct product at no additional cost.
Non-Discounted Products : Non-discounted products are not part of this Promotion. For these products, the shipping and delivery time is 24-48 hours in the Peninsula.
Customs Charges : Orders under this Promotion do not include any possible customs charges, which will be borne by the customer. If a customs charge is applied (approximately €5), the customer must send a message with the subject "CUSTOMS" and will be compensated for it.

4. DISCLAIMER

The Organizer is not responsible for losses, thefts, delays or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of the Promotion. Likewise, it is not responsible for the use that participants make of the prize obtained in this Promotion. Furthermore, it is not responsible in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the Promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, by accepting these Legal Conditions, each participant consents to the inclusion of their personal data in a file owned by the Organizer. These data will be used to manage the Promotion, disseminate and publicize its results, and deliver the prize. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions, by sending an email to info@santmez.com , attaching a copy of an identification document.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or extend the conditions of this Promotion, provided that this does not prejudice the rights of the participants.

These legal conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the place of residence of the participants will be competent to resolve any dispute related to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these conditions.

The Organizer guarantees that the products on promotion have been previously offered at a higher price in the same establishment, in compliance with current regulations on promotional activities.
