1. PROMOTING ENTITY

The entity WWW.SANTMEZ.COM , duly identified with the tax identification number (NIF) Nº ES53887953B and with its headquarters located at Calle Músico Mariano Puig Yago, number 24, Valencia, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", assumes responsibility for carrying out this promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") at a national level, which will be executed through the online platform.

2. START DATE OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion will start on November 2, 2023 at 20:55 CEST and will end when stocks run out.

3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND TERMS

• The discount is automatically applied throughout the store, the comparison price is the price without discount.
• All our orders are processed the same day (or within 24 business hours)
• The shipping process will be handled from our warehouse within 1 day (or within 24 hours), provided that there is inventory available. Otherwise, the shipment will be sent from our supplier.
• If the shipment originates from our supplier, the delivery period is 15-20 business days.
• Orders eligible for this promotion are not guaranteed to include official brand packaging or warranty card.
• Orders placed under this promotion are categorized as final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or return, except in situations where an incorrect or defective part is received.

These legal conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants shall be competent to resolve any question or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these conditions.
