**LEGAL CONDITIONS OF THE "THE ENTIRE STORE FOR €10" PROMOTION**

**1. PROMOTING ENTITY**

The entity WWW.SANTMEZ.COM, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer", assumes the responsibility of carrying out this promotion (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion") at a national level, which will be executed through the online platform.

**2. PROMOTION START DATE**

The Promotion will start on November 2, 2024 at 20:55 CEST and will end when stocks run out.

**3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND TERMS**

- All our orders are processed the same day (or within 24 business hours)
- The shipping process will be managed from our warehouse within 1 day (or within 24 hours), provided that there is inventory available. Otherwise, the shipment will be sent from our supplier. If the shipment originates from our supplier, the delivery period is 8-20 business days.
- Orders subject to this promotion are not guaranteed to include official brand packaging or warranty card.
- Orders placed under this promotion are categorized as final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or return, except in situations where an incorrect or defective part is received.

*Orders under this promotion do not include any customs charges, which must be borne by the customer. In the event that you are charged for customs (the approximate amount is €5), and even if the customer must assume the payment, please send us a message with the subject "CUSTOMS" and we will compensate you for it.*

**4. DISCLAIMER**

We are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or other circumstances attributable to third parties that may impact the course of the Promotion. Likewise, we do not assume any responsibility for the use that the Participants make of the prize obtained within the framework of this Promotion. Additionally, we are not responsible in situations of force majeure or unforeseeable events that may hinder the execution of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

**5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA**

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant, by accepting these Legal Conditions, gives his/her consent for the incorporation of his/her personal data into a file under the ownership of the Organizer. These data will be used for the purpose of managing the draw, disseminating and publicizing the results, and facilitating the delivery of the prize. Participants are informed that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, oblivion and not be subject to automated decisions, by sending an email to info@santmez.com, attaching a copy of an identification document.

**6. MODIFICATIONS AND ACCEPTANCE**

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or expand the conditions of this promotion, as long as this does not affect the rights of the Participants.

**7. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS AND JURISDICTION**

These legal conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants shall be competent to resolve any question or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these conditions.
