If the package cannot be delivered to the indicated shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (incorrect shipping address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses to pick up the package, the package will be returned to the sender (SANTMEZ) at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred by the package; this amount will be deducted from the total order to be refunded.
