WARRANTY

SANTMEZ guarantees a lifetime warranty on all its gold plated and stainless steel products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary consumer use, for the entire useful life of the customer.

This warranty does not cover excessive wear or lack of care.

Watch Warranty: Our warranty covers material or manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. To claim the warranty, a dated sales receipt must be presented showing that the product was purchased within the warranty period.

How does the lifetime warranty work? At SANTMEZ we are committed to providing the highest quality jewelry, which is why we provide a lifetime warranty on all gold plated/vermeil jewelry purchases. If the product becomes damaged, discolored, or stops working due to normal use, this warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece. In the event that the item is no longer available for any reason, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user such as scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc. For all warranty replacements, a $9.99 shipping and handling fee will apply.

During the applicable warranty period, if a defect arises in the product and SANTMEZ considers it to be a manufacturing defect, please follow the instructions to return the product.

SANTMEZ, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, may:

• Repair the product using new or reconditioned parts.
• Replace the product with a new one equivalent to the one to be replaced.
• Refund all or part of the purchase price of the product.

SANTMEZ shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the defective product is returned. In the event of a refund, the returned product shall become the property of SANTMEZ.

Exclusions and limitations:

This Limited Warranty applies only to jewelry products manufactured by SANTMEZ. It does not cover damage caused by:

• abuse
• misuse
• incorrect application
• use of products other than SANTMEZ

Do not expose your SANTMEZ products to harsh chemicals or environments as they may alter the appearance of the product. These include:

• liquid silver polish
• swimming pools
• jacuzzis
• salt water
• spas

Avoid sleeping with jewelry and watches on. We recommend that you refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on how to properly maintain and protect your SANTMEZ product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in misuse, abuse, or incorrect application of your SANTMEZ product.

This limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, SANTMEZ expressly disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties against hidden or latent defects.

If SANTMEZ is not authorized to disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, any and all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall have a limited duration equivalent to that of this limited warranty. SANTMEZ assumes no liability for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory. No dealer, agent or employee of SANTMEZ is authorized to make any alteration, extension or addition to this limited warranty.

Please note that some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may also include other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent applicable law does not allow the exclusion of such rights, this limited warranty will not limit such rights.
