Returns Policy
I want you to love our pieces as much as I loved designing, creating and wearing them . So if you are not completely satisfied with them, I will exchange them or return them to you. All I ask is that you return them to us in their original condition with all original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Return exceptions
Just a heads up, we are NOT able to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
Products with a reduced price will be categorized under the designation of "final products", which means that there is no right to return under regulatory conditions. However, it should be noted that this restriction is subject to one exception, namely, the circumstance in which a defect inherent to the item or a discrepancy in size is evident that prevents its proper use.
How do I return my item?
If your order is eligible for a return, Santmez will offer the option to return the item within 14 days of delivery, otherwise the return cannot be made.

Please note that if your order is purchased at a discounted price, it is categorized as final sales and is not eligible for exchange or return (except for shipping errors).
All returns are exclusive of shipping costs, so you will need to send the item back at your own expense to the address we will provide. We regret that we cannot cover shipping costs, and will only be liable for these if an item is faulty.
Lifetime Warranty:
We are fully committed to creating and supplying the highest standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a lifetime guarantee on all gold plated/vermeil jewellery purchases. If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece at no cost. This guarantee is voided by any user damage issues (scratches, accidental breakage, water damage).
